Patrick is often found leading technical teams, frequently coaching people and organisations in lean and agile methods, and sometimes facilitating situations beyond adversity. Patrick is fascinated by elements of learning and continuous improvement always helping others to develop enthusiasm for these same elements.
Niels is one of the world’s foremost authorities on the BetaCodex -- formerly the Beyond Budgeting model. He has published three books and many articles on the subject, and since 2002 he has travelled more than 20 countries, presenting and discussing the BetaCodex mindset, and bringing it to life through advisory work.
Alexandre Gomes believes in software as an instrument of social transformation. He has been a public official, employee in multinationals, and currently lives a balanced life managing his own business. In Brasília, he and his team were pioneers in providing professional services with Free and Open Source Software and Agile Methods to the Federal Government.
Jesse Fewell is a writer, coach, and trainer for LeadingAgile, in addition to speaking at Agile, Scrum, and PMI conferences. A leader in the advancement of management practices, he founded the PMI Agile Community of Practice, co-created the PMI-ACP® agile certification, and is co-authoring the upcoming Software Extension to the PMBOK Guide®.

Dr Rebecca Parsons is a Director of the Agile Alliance and ThoughtWorks Chief Technology Officer. She has more than 20 years application development experience, in industries ranging from telecommunications to emergent internet services.
Before coming to ThoughtWorks she worked as an assistant professor of computer science at the University of Central Florida. She also worked as Director's Post Doctoral Fellow at the Los Alamos National Laboratory researching issues in parallel and distributed computation, genetic algorithms, computational biology and non-linear dynamical systems.
Rebecca received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Economics from Bradley University, a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Rice University and her Ph.D. in Computer Science from Rice University. Rebecca blogs here.
