Brazilian Workshop for Agile Methods (WBMA 2010)
We have observed the growing interest for Agile Methods on the world, fact that is reinforced by the numerous specific conferences, such as Agile and XP. This interest also exists in Brazil with several initiatives, such as Encontro Ágil, Agile Brazil, Maré de Agilidade and Agile Weekend, among others. But, there still did not exist in Brazil an event strictly academic to the agile methods area.
In 2010 we are organizing the first Brazilian Workshop for Agile Methods, an academic event about software development agile methods. The event will happen in June 2010 in Porto Alegre co-located with Agile Brazil, where Martin Fowler and Philippe Kruchten and others will be present.

- Applying agile methods: good and bad practices, patterns
- Tests in the context of agile methods: techniques, patterns and automated support
