Is there any translation of the registration form?

Unfortunately no. Please contact the organization at contato@agilebrazil.com if you need help to register.

Can I register for a course but not for the main event?

No. It is only possible to complete the registration in any course if you also register for the main event.

What are the payment methods available to the event and/or to the courses?

For both the event and the courses, the only payment method available is Banco do Brasil's banking billet. This billet is generated by the registration system once you confirmed all steps to register.

Can I pay in installments?

No. Due to the event date, installments would involve payments after the event which are unacceptable to the organization.

Will I be able to register during the event onsite?

Post-registration

How can I verify that my registration is confirmed?

The system does not send confirmation emails. Your payment confirmation is your registration confirmation.

I have registered, did not pay the amount and will not be able to attend the event, should I do something?

No. Registration is only effective after the payment was received.

If I give up going to the event, can I be reimbursed for my payment?

No. Unfortunately reimbursements add considerable complexity in terms of organization and we chose to keep it simple given the low values of the event.

Can I transfer my registration to another person?

No. Your registration is personal and non transferable.

About the event

What is the schedule for courses and sessions at the conference?

Courses will take place on Tuesday (June 22nd) and Wednesday (June 23rd) from 9 am to 7 pm.
The conference sessions will take place on Thursday (June 24th) and Friday (June 25th) from 8:30 am to 7 pm.
Coffee breaks and lunches will follow the same schedule in all days of the event. The morning coffee break will happen from 10:30 am to 11 am, lunch from 12:30 pm to 2 pm and the afternoon coffee break from 4:15 pm to 4:45 pm. Read more about the schedule at the program page

Is lunch included in the registration cost?

No. Lunch is on your own for all days of the conference. The Event Center includes a restaurant and PUC-RS' campus offers several other options matching many cost ranges.

What should I bring to get my credentials?

Students or graduates of PUC-RS: an identity document with picture and their student ID.
Students of other institutions: an identity document with picture and the institution's card with expiration date.
Professionals from associated institutions: an identity document with picture and their association number with the institution.
Other professionals: just an identity document with picture.

Will there be a participation certificate?

Yes. The certificate will be handed by PUC-RS to all participants with over 70% frequency to the event.

Will the contents of the sessions be available online?

Yes. Once the event is over, the conference program will link to the speakers' presentations if they allow the organization to do so.
